Cacao: Building native macOS (and iOS) Apps in Rust

This is great! I'm developing an app in Flutter/Dart with a Rust backend. I would love to replace Dart with Rust and replace Flutter with something less complicated and better documented.

Think the main problem will be to support the Swift-based frameworks
