A discussion of the "arbitrate not court" condition would have been interesting but they only played the "this is what it means in plain english" not "this is the skew in our favour inherent in this"<p>Amazon and the other FAANG use this to force people into exposure to cost in mediation and arbitration on terms favouring the company. Right up until an action group got thousands of customers to submit arbitrations and the company realised it was a multi million dollar unavoidable cost. Arbitration is one of those hidden consequence "better for both of us but more better for me on average" things.
