While it's easy to blame the big multinational here, a lot of people seem to ignore just how corrupted fish labelling actually is across the world.<p>Australia has strict laws on seafood origin and labelling and yet year after year it's found to be a systemically broken industry.<p>I love eating seafood but can't bring myself to do it anymore. There's all but a few species left on the planet that are still sustainably harvested and they are rarely popular with consumers. It's a huge tragedy of the commons that's only getting worse, especially in Asia.
