I have read reports that 90% of May&#x27;s inflow to Lake Oroville was immediatlely discharged, to maintain (a particular definition of) the river habitat downstream. Unfortunately, CDEC&#x27;s website with data for California is apparently down, otherwise this link would confirm this: <a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;cdec.water.ca.gov&#x2F;cgi-progs&#x2F;queryF?ORO" rel="nofollow">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;cdec.water.ca.gov&#x2F;cgi-progs&#x2F;queryF?ORO</a><p>Obviously, growing water-intensive produce in the desert does not help the situation.
