Ask HN: What are/were the main bottlenecks preventing you starting a company?

Many people I speak to say one of the following:
- having the right idea - financial security - finding the right team
That said I increasingly think there are ways round each: especially the first and second because of incubators and funding, so I'm curious what people's reflective reasons are, especially people who see themselves starting companies some day but don't feel now is the right time.

For me it's almost certainly the risk to mental health - a lot of founders I know are chronically stressed, anxious or lonely, even the ones doing great work.

Risk aversion given that I have a good job that I worked for 10 years to get.
