A lot of these things have long since been addressed in the last 40 years. Delphi (<a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;www.embarcadero.com&#x2F;products&#x2F;delphi" rel="nofollow">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;www.embarcadero.com&#x2F;products&#x2F;delphi</a>) and Free Pascal (<a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;www.freepascal.org&#x2F;" rel="nofollow">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;www.freepascal.org&#x2F;</a>) are the major Pascal implementations.
