I'm skeptical that they can do so.
I think this is fair. Photography is art, musicians are public figures/fixtures.<p>Dia lipa is a business that profits from her image. If someone takes a photo in a public space of that image, it’s the photographers property and not the business’s.
Any friends here want to take a picture of me so I can post it and you can sue me and we can both get lots of free publicity before dropping the case?<p>The beeb is waiting.
