Comcast is highly behind the times.<p>As a very experienced fiber person - OTDR has existed for decades, this is not new tech, its just new for them to advertise because they're just so bad.<p>If you want DF I guarantee someone else can light you up for cheaper. Even if not DF, someone else can build to you for 50% if not 200% cheaper. I used to do this monthly.
