Friendly reminder: Writing unsafe Rust is hard

Whenever I see: ‘XYZ is hard’ on any product, I cannot help but universally say ‘That is tough’.
Let us not hide the thorns from this or pretend about any of this; like I keep seeing on projects ‘Written in Rust™’:
We need more of these detailed to the point, brutally honest un-safety audits of Rust crates to ensure more secure and high quality crates have minimal or ideally no major safety issues.
Otherwise, I could import this crate among the thousands of others and it risks compromising the safety of my application and the user. Oh dear.
I’m sure nobody wants that.
