My organization has around 7 feature teams and is often swapping engineers from team to team in order to fill knowledge gaps or meet hard deadlines.<p>Who initiates these changes, what the current allocation is, and the history of previous engineer allocations are mostly lost and mirky at best.<p>Is there a tool that could track these team-to-engineer allocations in a visual manner?<p>Ideally, it would allow other teams to request engineers and show individual engineers’ current and historical allocation. It could do more but it would at least need to do this.
