Why Do American Grocery Stores Still Have an Ethnic Aisle?

Sorry, but this is a stupid question. The Ethnic aisle/foreign food sections of grocery stores are fun and the only "center of the store" areas that I visit (usually, I just get produce, bulk grains/brown rice/beans and a little bit of fresh meat. The Ethnic aisle is what helps make meals especially fun.

The purpose of the ethnic foods isle is to compete with places like specialty Asian grocery stores. It's not racist, cultural appropriation, segregation or colonialism. Wal-Mart is simply copying the business model of the Asian grocery store down the street to make a profit.
