FreeBSD is the first operating system testing OpenZFS with KMSAN

FreeBSD is like a slow moving turtle. It gets things done slowly but surely! It'll let the world fly by but only adopt things that seems to make the most sense. I guess this is a nod to KMSAN and its usefulness.
