AWS US-WEST-2 connectivity issues (amazon.com)

Completely broke our service ECR pulls were broken, ingresses didn't respond properly. Surprised not much noise was raised (Mainly based on eu-west-1)

Is this what is causing the issues with Stripe and other sites?
