Has anyone from Take-Two at any point ...you know, talked human-to-human to the repo authors?<p>I'm sure they prefer not paying lawyers to paying lawyers.<p>I'm sure the authors would prefer not getting sued to getting sued.<p>What are the chances that 2 emails consisting of<p>"OK so Github sided with you, but be advised that we are probably going to file an actual lawsuit for realsies now"<p>"Alright we'll actually take it down for good then"<p>would have made Take-Two look like less of a bunch of assholes here.
