Back story: Lokad has been a long time client of Microsoft Azure since 2009 even before the production release of (Windows) Azure. Unfortunately, the story of deploying over Azure has been a mess for more than a decade now. SshRun is our response to sanitize our own deployments, almost exclusively over Linux VMs nowadays.
