[Disclosure] I'm Co-Founder and CEO of <a href="http://vantage.sh/" rel="nofollow">http://vantage.sh/</a><p>We are launching this effort primarily for startups and SMBs who are just getting started in their cloud cost journey who have trouble understanding their AWS bills. From what we've found, folks may just be generally unaware of general concepts or best practices as it relates to cloud costs that can save them a pretty significant amount on their AWS bill.<p>Typically we've found that a 30 minute call where we go over this in the context of the customer's bill can be really helpful - during our pilot of this we just ask customers to share their screen of the Vantage console where all of the billing data is present and we can walk through things and answer any questions. Occasionally in these calls we get feedback of use-cases that aren't covered and can add them to our roadmap as well - so its helpful in both directions.<p>Happy to answer any questions if they pop up!
