I've been looking for Elm jobs for two months with no luck. Why is there such a shortage in Elm development jobs?<p>The Elm slack jobs board only gets one or two jobs a month and most of them are for beginners or offering ridiculously low pay.<p>Should I just go back to React?
React is still a hot commodity/demanded skillset, so position discoverability is probably simpler.<p>Have you checked job boards like Indeed? Are there any large companies you are aware of with Elm as part of their stack you can make connections with?
