the first x1 phones have gotten slagged as radically overheating power draining monsters. in some ways im ok with the idea of a high power phone that kicks ass when plugged in. but these year old cores sounded like major battery wreckers. the anandtech calls it a performance first & only size, power consumption irrelevant, arms own slide deck declares it for peak performance in short bursts,
