Lol the title sounds like Uber was ready to die on the &quot;defending our workers&quot; hill, when nothing could be further from the truth. The correct title should be Uber loses battle to skirt existing laws, they were trying to exploit the workers beyond what is mandated by law. In the us, they can call it disrupt, here it&#x27;s called breaking the law. Mc Donald&#x27;s, every little fast food outlet is supposed to pay the social expenses, I hope Uber now got the message. Never use them ever, anywhere in the world precisely for that reason.
