This is just anecdotal stories requiring a grain of salt.
Now, many of the anecdotes are about people who had health problems close soon after the incident, and those health problems being blamed on the exposure is reasonable.
There is very little about anyone who was completely fine until 2020; and those situations are hard to prove to 9/11.
E.g. Daniel Foley:
> "Daniel’s annual medical screenings never showed ailments until the cancer was diagnosed in 2019, four days after he crawled into a burning Bronx building to rescue two children, which earned him the Fire Department’s Medal of Honor, Ms. Foley said."
He was still entering burning buildings in 2019, but we're sure the cancer was due to activity in 2001?
In spite of negative medical screenings 2001-2018?
These are cherry-picked cases; you can't just locate people in the intersection of the set "worked at ground zero" and the set "has health problems today or has died" and use their very existence to make causality claims.
