&gt; the shape of a dinosaurian egg can be described by the characteristic curve of its maximal (area) cross-section. The egg itself will be the solid of rotation of this curve around its longest axis.<p>I think this is where they glide off into friction-less spherical cows in vacuum territory.<p>We have chickens, we get lopsided eggs sometimes. One of the ladies has an irregularity that often results in mushroom topped eggs.<p>While they may be producing an ideal, elegant egg every day (and i certainly won&#x27;t say they don&#x27;t), their opinions are apparently changing from day to day. Perhaps they suffer from low precision floating point units.
