I used to only be able to code, but recently my project has progressed as start up and it has become necessary for me to take on the role of CEO. I also have to convince my colleagues that I will be a good CEO (they're really skeptical about it). Are there any good resources for this?
If your colleagues don't trust you in the roll of CEO, the important executive act is not convincing them. It is finding someone they trust. Which means asking them and finding someone better than you.
Or firing the lot of them...which of course proves their ajudgment well founded.
All of which points to experience as the best resource. How much dumb tax you pay, is somewhat under your control. Good luck.
