This sounds like another case of Operation INFEKTION.. <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_INFEKTION" rel="nofollow">https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_INFEKTION</a><p>The key here is that they don't need to convince the world, they just need to convince the their own population. Also they don't need to convince their entire population. The elites living in the cities and intellectuals know better, but they are a minority. All you need to do is convince the masses and it will work.
