The SoC is not available for purchase by any other party than the Pi Foundation.<p>Similar SoCs are available from other vendors such as Odroid, OrangePi, and Pine64.<p>There’s no value in cloning the Pi SoC when similar or better SoCs are available with similar or better software support.
