How to reach Google with adsense payment issues?

I got an email from Google that they still owe me some money. Great!<p>I open adsense and go to https://www.google.com/adsense/new/u/0/pub-9584829766861177/payments but I get an error.<p>I submitted this in the useless help forum: https://support.google.com/adsense/thread/131527501/i-can-t-view-my-payments-because-of-an-error?hl=en ... But i am not expecting much.<p>Other issues are reporting this issue too<p>What magic spell do I need to reach a capable person at Google?

I experienced a similar problem, gave up, went back 3 weeks later and by magic the payment link worked.
