Start up idea: on demand cleaning service but paid for by your employer (as a company benefit like commuter/health benefits)
win: solves the off-market problem as cleaners aren't incentivized to cut out the middle man.
problem: cleaners aren't incentivized to perform because a 3rd party is paying them and not the dude who own's the house.
Think this could work?

Some things that are paid by employers, such as health insurance, are that way partly because those benefits are not counted as taxable income. I assume employer-paid housecleaning would be counted as taxable income and therefore not be attractive. Furthermore, many individuals evade taxes by paying their cleaning ladies under the table. An employer would want to avoid that legal risk and would have to pay payroll taxes of the cleaners. What about equity issues? Do employees in large homes get a larger benefit than apartment dwellers?

I do not think hygiene should be yet another aspect of life tied to employment
