What are the chances of someone with around 15 years of experience as an individual contributor & currently in a foreign country getting a job in software in India? My impression is that most of the Indian companies expect people above 10 years experience to be a manager, especially in Infosys and the likes. Is this true?<p>Also, if you have any tips on applying for a job in India while still working in a foreign country, please share.
