This is a decent list of some of the the mechanical or operative issues with todo lists, yet I find it valuable to also consider the person doing the things.<p>This is because many symptoms that we see in our productivity, actulally have their root cause inside of us.<p>Some related questions I can think of right now are:<p>1. When are you most productive each day or week?<p>2. Which environment is supportive for each task?<p>3. Are there any feelings or emotions that arise with certain tasks?<p>4. Which tasks have dependencies on other people? How are the relationships with those people?<p>5. Are you noticing particular resistance or motivation with certain tasks?<p>6. How is your breathing, internal dialogue, and overall self-management?
