It’s Mostly a Demand Shock, Not a Supply Shock

I read through the report a bit but stopped when they said there is not enough Coal to meet demand, they showed a graph of Coal supply in China but didn't acknowledge anything about why it is low.
They say "environmental regulation in China" but that's pure BS. China are having a Trade war with Australia and have therefore stopped importing Coal. So if China wanted to they could stop shooting themselves in the foot and import Coal from Australia again.
The other graphs appear reasonably on track with seasonal usage and demand.
TLDR: Would not recommend reading.
