I've run a small technology company with my co-founder for almost 10 years. After one too many strategic blunders, we decided to review our strategic thinking and decision making process over the company's lifespan. Based on the 10 year retro, review of academic research in bias, and review of available decision-support tools, we've started to develop a tool to make us better (more principled) strategic thinkers. We'd love to hear from the HN community to help guide our design, and, if we are lucky, even connect with like-minded hacker news members to share our work with.<p>Related thread from 2020: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=23077411
