Ask founders with 10 customers: How long did you take to *really* get going?

<i>really</i> get going = can hire a couple of employees, travel for business, draw a salary, really really burn your bridges (drop out of college/totally leave the day job/etc.)<p>I suppose this is one level above ramen profitability.
