Is the sewage from the Burj Khalifa transported away by trucks?

Tldr is no, it isn't. Although I'd like to see a real comparison between the costs of a trucked away solution (probably including some on-site drying or other processing) with the current system that is effectively making billions of dollars of underground rivers to flow waste to somewhere it can be processed. I expect that there is a way to make truck removal a viable alternative to current sewer systems, and that 100 years from now we wont still have a central series of tubes flowing our waste around.
