From what I recall, the Pfizer series provides the best protection against COVID-19. If these preliminary reports show a 40% reduction in neutralizing antibodies, I suspect the other vaccines will see significantly higher reductions and less efficiency.<p>I didn’t select Pfizer the first time around. But I am hoping their booster should be sufficient enough.<p>> Among the 42 patients, 9 (21%) had a diagnosis of COVID19 pneumonia. Among the 9 pneumonia patients, 8 were unvaccinated and 1 was a child. There were 4 patients in high care and 1 in the ICU.<p>Not surprising at all. Unvaccinated communities are going to get hit the hardest with Omicron.
