I tried the <a href="https://www.macstadium.com/opensource" rel="nofollow">https://www.macstadium.com/opensource</a> listed in the comments. Mac Mini M1 for free in the Cloud for open source developers. I went to apply and the submit button didn't work, so I switched to Firefox and found the same problem.
