Just because the internet is better (by whatever metric) than before, doesn't mean the current policy is detrimental to the growth. ie. Internet might have been even 'better' if Net Neutrality wasn't repealed.<p>Certainly, with the fragmentation of streaming services, I'd hardly say the internet is better than 4 years ago.
