That's a nice little benefit. Tainan is an interesting city.

I wonder how many will hesitate or not apply due to current political heat between Taiwan and China -- and the continual rumors that China is planning an amphibious invasion of Taiwan. Probably not so much that TSMC will have problems hiring the personnel needed for this project but I'll bet the concerned set is non-zero.

Sounds like a great adventure. Would love to join if I were an engineering grad.

This has been going on for some time but we already heard plenty of issues from salary, working hours and benefits etc. But I do hope it works out in the end.

Taiwan is an amazing place. I suggest anyone eligible to join the program and refuse employment after the training in Taiwan.
