TriNet is pretty nice as an employee, I can’t say anything bad about them, and I’m sure it saved money and time for the last two tiny places I’ve worked at. I want to hate the idea of it, because it’s really strange compared to some other places I’ve worked with in house HR, but on every occasion I’ve needed help they’ve quickly returned my emails and immediately given me the answers I need to get my pay or benefits in order. I think I would prefer to work at companies with this sort of arrangement every time versus having to deal with the one or two two HR managers you’re stuck with elsewhere.
