My body fat percentage: 12.8%<p>My BMI: 21.5<p>I learned from Facebook that numbers have a funny way of becoming the numbers you want them to be if you just measure and frequently record them. I highly recommend this body fat percentage scale with Bluetooth for $21-$22. I use it myself.
