I've been reading consistently for the past 5 years. Mostly, just an hour before bed. It makes me proud when I look at the stack of books on my shelves. The greatest issue is that I don't consistently find books that I love. I also often pick up a book that I thought I'd love, but it becomes a slog and skip reading sessions.
I wrote daily for about 6 months. It's very relaxing to write. It dropped off my regular schedule back in February due to life. I started a blog a few months ago, but I haven't advertised it. I've only added a few posts. I don't think anything I write is high quality that I would want someone else to read it. Publishing it still forces me to think about writing differently than when it's just a text file, just in case someone stumbles across it.
I like the idea of the no-complain challenge. I need to buy a bracelet.
I do a pride journal, which is similar to a gratitude journal. I just write a note every time I accomplish something that I'm proud of, even if it's silly. Whenever I fill up a page, I review what I've done and write a star next to the things that I'm most proud of.
