Who is celebrating new year lonely?

I was canceled by two friends seperately because I was too late and there are Corona restrictions about how many people can gather at once. I'll spend some hours outside, because I'm ashamed to tell my parents that I don't have anyone to spend time with. I'm 25 - this is ridiculous

I'm alone, but not lonely. A cup of tea and my cats make for a cozy end to the year.
