It mentions eating a lot of fruit which I would say is controversial - normally fruit is considered a treat and veg is the main stay.<p>It also mentions squeezing the oranges to make juice which of course means you get the sugar with a lot less fibrous material which I imagine would cause an insulin spike.
Its actually an article from 2011/2012. "Avoid meat" -> refers to "the china study" -> deeply flawed. I don't think there is scientifc consensus supporting this claim. There are actually studies which state quite the opposite.
