Not using the “posted last week” filter.<p>The longer a job is posted, the more likely it is to have been filled or have a lot of candidates in the pipeline.<p>Hope this helps!<p>Using the "posted in the last week" filter decreases the chances that you're spending time on roles that aren't worth your time.
