Am I being unreasonable to assume that if you’re unwell enough for another reason to be admitted to the hospital (especially right now) and then are also found to have covid, you’re going to have a bad time regardless of what brought you in the door?
This is the same all over the world. Welcome to the new normal where authorities will try to cling on to everything they can to make the situation look scary. Latest in Finland is that they're looking into "long covid" as the next thing now that Omicron turned out to be (relatively<i>) harmless.<p></i>) is this really needed?
I am not in NYC, but my doctor sent me to emerg ASAP for something serious. They ignored it, did a covid test and let me go.<p>I figure since I am left to cure myself at least if I can figure it out quick enough maybe I can at least make a buck or two.
