Average <i>reported</i> undesired weight gain.<p>I’m not registering and logging in to learn about the data source (evil), but it sounds like it could have come from a Facebook quiz.
That graph is provoking but not that insightful without a comparison to how the numbers look outside the pandemic. Plus the 'undesired' weight gain part of the question likely biases this to people only providing an answer if they've gained quite a lot of weight, small amounts of weight gain may have gone unnoticed by many, i.e. a sampling bias - emphasising the need for a fair comparison.

I actually have watched multiple colleagues of mine gain weight over this period. I was pretty surprised when I saw them back I'm the office. Just my anecdata
