Buy Things, Not Experiences

I couldn&#x27;t disagree more. My life is permanently ruined because i followed this strategy. The problem with buying things, is that at some point you no longer own the things, the things own you. I am trapped in my situation by owning things for which i cannot divest myself of, and am paying dearly for.<p>Buying experiences are definitely consumptive, and lost, but you stop paying for them once finished.

Isn&#x27;t this really saying that some things will open up future experiences? The example of buying a kitchen opens up the experience of cooking, shared meals, and so on.
