Long article about different ways to get consensus among a group of collaborators between different competing options.<p>Author keeps using the word Schelling point to describe the result that people will gravitate towards based on different collaboration models (e.g. having a compelling leader among the collaborators). This is not what a Schelling point is. A Schelling point is the option people gravitate towards in the *absence* of communication, but the article continues to use is after communication is around.
