Have San Francisco policies done more harm to children than Covid?

Do these children's family members, their teachers and school administrators get any consideration? They can still die from the covid infections they catch while interacting with students, correct? Is this news to people?
Searching for Laura Fagan brings up all kinds of other silliness. Her links are misleading when you go to the source if they're not straight up opinion pieces from other kooks. This lady seems like a pro-covid Karen in all the worst ways.

Even before the pandemic, it was clear that SF leaders didn't want children in the city. They won't admit it in public but all of their policies on education, housing, and public safety make their preferences obvious.
They love dogs though. More dogs than kids in the city.

Is this person anti-mask? https://twitter.com/laurajfagan/status/1299178100182245377

Whatever the truth behind whether SF has gone too far (it probably has), the sources do not back up the claims.
For example, the study showing that children born during COVID have lower cognitive scores, while probably valid, attributes this to stress faced by mothers during COVID, and not because of wearing masks, etc (which should be fairly obvious, since <18 month olds don't hang out on playgrounds, etc. before COVID anyways).
