This is an article in a journal called "leadership quarterly" concludes that "agreeable people can be 'effective' leaders .." Can the conclusion in the abstract be any more vague and inconsequential?<p>One can simply scan (for instance) "the atlantic" journal to find dozens of articles mourning/contemplating/characterizing the shadow of today's funding scheme of academia and the incentives that are put forth which as a side effect reduce signal/noise for a society.
