I spent the last 4 years as an engineering leader at a high growth startup, where almost half my time focused on hiring and the hiring process to grow the team.<p>That lead me to build Drumcircle to try and help bring better candidate experience through a "magic link" landing page for candidates. Internally, you might have Greenhouse with all the stages, interview notes, files, invites, etc but the candidate and recruiter still coordinate everything via email tag.<p>I wanted to create a simpler and more transparent experience for the candidate while also minimizing the effort for recruiters.
This is actually really great.<p>I'd love the option for a hiring manager to show the time for each portion of the process as well in that sidebar UI.<p>That would demystify the process greatly.<p>I don't mind hearing no's, I just hate feeling in limbo on the candidate side.
