Right, as a Brit, out of the US words I know:
Tilapia - a kind of white fish popular in the US, not in the UK
Kwanza - an African American holiday/festival, I want to say around Christmas?
Tamale - a Mexican food of some kind?
Tomatillo - another Mexican food, I want to say a sauce
Provolone - A kind of cheese
Luau - a type of Hawaiian festival or party
The rest, no clue. I've heard of Manicotti and Hibachi, but couldn't say what they are.

I am definitely biased but I feel someone from the UK would have an easier time identifying the other list because alot of the US list is food brought from european immigrants
